Noémie Viard is a lawyer and doctoral assistant at the University of Geneva. Her practice focuses primarily on private law and civil procedure, criminal law, administrative law, as well as the enforcement of court decisions and arbitral awards. She serves as a doctoral assistant within the Department of Commercial Law at the University of Geneva. In this role, she supports the faculty in courses related to enforcement proceedings, corporate restructuring, and civil and criminal procedures at the University of Geneva. Noémie Viard is currently pursuing a doctoral thesis in civil procedure and writes the monthly international legal watch for La Semaine Judiciaire.
