Philippe Bonvin

Philippe BONVIN obtained a law degree from the University of Lausanne in 1973 and was admitted to the bar in 1976. He subsequently worked in Geneva within several companies, including in particular WW Finance SA, a subsidiary of Crédit Suisse First Boston Group specializing in Investment Banking, and then within various Law Firms. Philippe BONVIN was a partner of the law firm Pirenne Python Schifferli Peter (now Python and Peter) in Geneva and then a partner of the Law firm Budin & Associés in Geneva. As a lawyer, Philippe BONVIN has held various directorships, particularly in the petroleum sector.

Since 2015, Philippe BONVIN has been a founding partner of the BRH PARTNERS LLC firm.

Philippe BONVIN has an extensive experience in banking and commercial law in general. He is more particularly specialized in collective investment law and securities law, contract law, aeronautical law as well as IT law.
